Step 3: Drop Off & Go Home

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your reservation window. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a store credit.
Do I need a security deposit?
Yes, a valid credit card is required on file for a temporary authorization hold at the time of pickup.
What happens if the gear gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear (minor scratches/scuffs) is expected and covered. Major structural damage or lost gear will incur repair or replacement fees. We offer an optional $5/day Gear Protection Plan at checkout to cover accidental damage.
